• Account details — your email and name if you create an account or sign in with Google.
• Messages — anything you send us through the website chat, contact form or WhatsApp.
• Newsletter — your email address if you join our club.
• Technical data — basic information your browser sends (such as device and general location) to keep the site secure and working.

2. How we use it

• To process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To send you marketing emails only if you’ve signed up — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website secure and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Our legal bases

We process order and support data to perform our contract with you; marketing emails with your consent; and security data under our legitimate interest in running the shop safely. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the services that make the shop work — for example our hosting and database provider (Google Firebase), our email provider, delivery couriers, and, when card payments are enabled, our payment processor. These providers handle your data under their own agreements and only to provide their service to us.

When card payment is enabled, payments are handled by a secure third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and other data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. To exercise any of these, email info@teeauctions.com and we’ll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Cookies & similar

We use only the storage needed to keep your cart and sign-in working; we don’t use advertising trackers. Your browser lets you clear or block this storage if you prefer.
