1. Who we are

2. Using our website
By browsing or buying from this website you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. Please keep your account details secure and don’t misuse the site.
3. Products & pricing
- All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If we find a pricing error after you order, we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel.
- Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.
4. Orders & the contract
When you place an order you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. A binding contract is formed once we accept and dispatch your order. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a payment can’t be authorised.
5. Payment
When card payments are enabled, payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment provider, and we never store your full card details. Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
- UK delivery is free on orders over £150; otherwise a flat £4.99 applies.
- Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours and sent with tracking.
- Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the carrier.
7. Returns & refunds

8. Liability
We provide the website and products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Northern Ireland.
